I love Hawaii
I love this article. There should be a "Worst Place to Work in Hawaii" done too.
These polls/articles on the best places are great. It's a real blessing when someone scores a good job with a company that takes care of them.
When I worked for the local company, The Madden Corporation (Island Heritage), all the qualities found in all the good companies is what they lacked - simply no aloha at all.
I encourage employers to invest in the people that work for you otherwise, find another company.
