Jack Johnson gives an impromptu concert for the keiki. |
Local boy Jack Johnson throws the meanest, cleanest, greenest party in the Islands. The Fifth Annual Kokua Festival, held on Earth Day weekend (April 19 and 20) at the Waikiki Shell, features arts and crafts, environmental awareness and informational booths, plenty of food and great entertainment. Joining Johnson on stage this year will be Dave Matthews performing an acoustical set along with local Island favorites Paula Fuga and Go Jimmy Go. Tickets are sold out, so if you don’t want to pay for a scalped ticket, you might consider picnicking at nearby Kapiolani Park.
