If you want to be green while surfing the blue Pacific, recycled surf blanks may be for you. The blanks are the newest product from Joey Santley and Steve Cox, partners of Green Foam Blanks and ReSurf Recycling.

The boards are made in California from 65 percent recycled foam off their own cutting room floor, as well as recycled new board material. The company says the boards have been performance-tested and received the blessings of various surfboard manufacturers, including Matt Biolos of ...Lost Surfboards. Celebrities, from Cameron Diaz to Perry Farrell to Matthew McConaughey, have already put in their orders. Check them out at www.greenfoamblanks.com
