Cancer Research Center of Hawaii:
Moving forward.
Ground blessing scheduled for this year.

Regional Bio-Safety Lab:
Stalled.
Awaiting release of $12.5 million of $15 million promised by the state. The $32.5 million promised by the National Institutes of Health is dependent on release of state funds.

Medical school phase II:
Stalled.
Money is not available.

Kamehameha Schools’ Asia Pacific Innovation Center:
Idling.
Partly depends on the economy and how much affordable-housing set-asides that the Legislature mandates for private residential projects in Kakaako.

Commercial towers with research space:
In early stage.
A state request for proposals is scheduled this summer for two 200-foot towers on Ala Moana boulevard.
