If you were ever interested in a real estate career, then Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ New Agent Training Office (NATO) West program is designed for you. This two-week accelerated program will teach newly licensed agents all the tools needed to quickly transition from their current job to a new career in real estate. The program also is open to experienced agents who are ready to take their career to the next level. Graduate from the program as a real estate agent who is well trained, knowledgeable in the market, and a trusted advisor helping homeowners navigate the market to either buy or sell their home.
Classes begin on Monday, March 10, and will meet Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for 2 weeks. Classes will focus on the tools and services that Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties provides to manage and grow your business, as well as learning how to prospect, write and present a purchase contract, and give a listing presentation.
NATO is CBP’s proprietary and nationally renowned training program. It is a comprehensive training program where agents receive hands-on real estate experience both inside and outside the office. NATO is open to any licensed agent, new, experienced, or licensees from other states that just received their Hawaii real estate license. Each student is paired with an experienced sales agent or sales manager for one-on-one coaching and support. Since 2004, NATO has graduated more than 400 agents, many of whom are among CBP’s top producing agents today!
