Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties Announces Classes Starting for Kahala Real Estate School
Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties’ Kahala office is now accepting applications for its real estate pre-licensing class. The school, located at Kahala Mall Roof Top, 4211 Waialae Ave. Suite 9000, will begin its first class on Thursday, November 1, 2012 at 6:00 p.m. Some of the topics covered include history of Hawaii real estate; Hawaii real estate licensing laws and administrative rules; condominium and timeshares; and other general real estate principles.
