HONOLULU – Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties will host a free seminar on “How to Get Cash from the FHA to Renovate or Purchase a Home.”  The Federal Housing Administration (FHA) 203k program allows a borrower to get cash from equity to do repair work on current or future home. Patrick Garcia, Home Loan Consultant with Academy Mortgage, will explain how to finance repairs, get money after closing and use it for renovations. The free seminar will be held on Saturday, November 17 from 3:30 p.m. at the Coldwell Banker office located at 4460 Kapolei Parkway in Kapolei Commons Shopping Center.  Seating is limited.  For reservations, contact Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties at 947-8101.
