TH!NK presents the final sessions of its Fall 2013 Public Workshop Series by delivering two interactive courses that enhance workplace dynamics, creating productive and optimal work environments. In the first session, Building High-Trust Relationships gives effective tools you need to have successful relationships at work, starting with identifying the key work expectations that make a difference in your professional environment. In the second session, Turbo Teams: Collaborative Skills for Teams uncovers your natural team role and style and your co-workers’ roles, to build stronger teams and enhance group collaboration and problem solving.
The sessions are scheduled on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 at the Ala Moana Hotel’s Carnation Room. Session one runs from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., while the second session goes from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.
Registration is required. Each session runs for four hours and the session fee is $200. Both sessions are eligible for Hawaii’s ETF program, which provides funding assistance for training. For more than 20 years, the ETF program has helped the state’s employers to train hundreds of thousands of employees.
