Richard has been a licensed Realtor since 1991. He purchased the Hawaii Help-U-Sell Franchise in 2000 and operates his office with his wife, Sungok “Monica” Lee and 10 agents. The office and its agents consistently rank among the top offices both locally and nationally. Richard and Monica have been consistently nominated for the prestigious Aloha Aina Award and both earned the Top 100 Realtor award in 2007 & 2008 with Richard carrying the award six consecutive years.

With over 35 years of successful working experience on Oahu and a well-established database of resources, Jack Tyrrell has equipped himself with the skills and mindset to help his clients attain their financial and lifestyle goals through real estate.

Jack’s career began as a CPA in Honolulu. The first seven years were spent with an international CPA firm followed by 20 years with his own successful CPA practice during which time he served as President of the Hawaii Society of CPAs. As a Realtor®, he draws on his prior professional CPA experience when advising his clients on their real estate investment needs.
