"First and foremost - THANK YOU!  We would like to thank those essential to our success.  To our clients, thank you for allowing us the opportunity to be an integral part of your lives.  To the Support and Sales staff of Prudential Advantage Realty “PAR”, thank you for taking the journey with us, inspiring us, and making each day an absolute pleasure to come into the office.  We are very proud to be a part of the team.  To our fellow real estate agents, thank you for working with us as we all strive to make our clients’ dreams come true.

To my wife, Ambur, thank you for always being a constant source of support, encouragement and strength.  Those who are familiar with our team know that Ambur is not only the glue that holds us together, but the heart that keeps us grounded.”
            — Myron

Myron Kiriu is the President and co-owner of Prudential Advantage Realty “PAR” along with his wife and business partner, Ambur Kim Kiriu.  Since opening Prudential Advantage Realty in 2004, PAR has been voted as one of Hawaii’s Best Real Estate Firms in 2011, ‘10, ‘09, and ‘08  (Star Advertiser).  In 2010 and 2011, PAR was recognized as one of Hawaii’s 50 fastest growing companies (Pacific Business News).  Most recently, PAR has been voted Honolulu’s Best real estate company by the readers of Honolulu Magazine (2012).

With over 20 years of Hawaii real estate experience, Myron has been recognized as Prudential Real Estate’s #1 agent in Hawaii since 1998 to present.  Every year since 2002, Myron has earned Prudential Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award (the highest national award presented to sales professionals by the Prudential Real Estate network).  Locally, he has consistently been one of Hawaii’s top producing realtors and has twice been voted “Best Real Estate Agent” in a People’s Choice Poll (2010 and 2009).

Born and raised in Lodi, California and a graduate of UC Berkeley with a double emphasis in Finance and Accounting, Myron began his business career as a CPA with Price Waterhouse/Coopers, San Francisco.  In 1984, Myron moved to Hawaii and worked as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick, Honolulu.

“A heartfelt thanks to Hawaii for your support and for giving us the opportunity to serve you.”
