The company fosters a team spirit of mutual support and encouragement. The “ProStars” program lets employees nominate their co-workers for a winning attitude or a job well done. Each month ProStars are honored with a lei and $100 gift certificate.
They also generate creative internal promotions to boost morale and productivity and celebrate success. Take the recent “The Prize in Sight: The GRAND Edition,” modeled after a popular game show. It rallied the company around a single, clear goal, challenging to achieve but with a significant reward: reach it and earn a company-paid gala getaway. Individual recognitions were made via co-worker nominations, while company-wide recognition was given as milestones were reached. When they made the big goal (and indeed they did!), employees earned the GRAND gala, a company-wide staycation at Ko Olina!
Clear, measurable performance incentives at the team and individual level keep employees motivated as well. These incentives are attainable, transparent, significant and meaningful. ProService employees who refer a successful hire receive a $1000 bonus. Those who refer new clients are also rewarded. Client service teams receive a percentage of the company revenue based on key performance indicators.
