Member Company of the Year

Kamehamaha Schools has been named NAIOP Hawaii’s Member Company of the year for its unwavering dedication to improving our communities for the current and future residents and visitors of Oahu. It is one of the driving forces championing the revitalization of Kaka‘ako with the Kaiāulu ‘o Kaka‘ako project: a vibrant, innovative plan of mixed use residential and commercial real estate that will span 29 acres in Kaka‘ako Mauka.

“Kamehameha School’s NAIOP members have taken active leadership roles within our organization as well as in Hawaii’s commercial real estate industry,” states Larry Heim, president of NAIOP Hawaii. “Additionally, Kamehameha Schools has been a continuous sponsor and supporter of NAIOP Hawaii and all of our many activities.  We are truly grateful for the dedication and commitment NAIOP receives from Kamehameha Schools and its representatives.”
