Whole Lotta Rum

So says the marketing team for RumFire, Waikiki’s newest oceanfront bar and grill. Francesco Lafranconi, director of mixology for Southern Wine and Spirits of America, will get his mix on with RumFire’s exclusive collection of more than 101 brands of rum, which, he says, “expand way beyond the typical Island-cocktail stereotype.” To go along with some of those un-stereotypical drinks, the grill offers tapas, steak and seafood.
RumFire is located on the ground floor of the Sheraton Waikiki and is open for lunch and dinner, and late-night cocktails until 2 a.m.
