How Starwood Hawaii received this ranking is a mystery. Ask exempt employees at Starwood Vacation Ownership on Maui how they like working 8am-6pm daily.
Starwood Hawaii Resorts force workers to sign away their rights to the Nation’s courts as a condition of employment. It’s called mandatory arbitration and it’s an unfair process that is rigged to favor the corporation.
