Best Practices #1:One unique benefit is the cash-in-lieu of benefits. If an employee doesnt need health insurance, because they are covered another health care plan, they can waive our insurance, and in turn, collect additional income.
Best Practices 2:The Annual In-Service Fair is an annual event where ALL associates come together for a job-fair like setting to be re-trained in all the state and federal mandated courses, in addition to other fun topics. The setting has a different theme each year, food/drinks are provided, while having fun, playing games and getting hands-on experience. Our in-service fair has been so successful, that we have shared our experiences with other facilities state-wide - who also have adopted our program.
Differentiating Practice:The culture of Hale Ola Kino is defined by a clear and effectively-communicated Mission, Vision and Values that derives a concerted effort resulting in a consistent delivery of services that are high in quality from which much pride is derived. It is this continuous cycle of events that differentiates Hale Ola Kinos culture from our competition and most other employers.
