Interesting Fact:Communication is key and during quarterly company-wide meetings, the staff has the opportunity to ask questions or make any recommendations. Also, the company has an open door policy where employees are allowed to share issues or concerns with the executive management on a daily basis if necessary.

Also, on a daily basis, we have an open door policy where employees are allowed to see executive management. To encourage this interaction, we are also in the process of scheduling a lunch bunch which will consist of a group of employees who will go out to lunch as a way to get to know each other.
Best Practices 2:We have high expectations for those that are in leadership positions at ProService Hawaii. The expectation is not only to ensure each department manager is performing in their position. But, we expect our leaders to be constantly thinking of ways to do things better. Effective leaders should be able to develop and enhance their staffs abilities by taking the time to coach and mentor. We expect our leaders to have an open door policy where employees are free to bring-up suggestions or issues of concern. Along with having the necessary background for their position, our leaders must also have excellent people skills so they can effectively communicate with others. Communication is definitely a key component to the success of our company.
