Bio Notes:In addition to his company's ever-expanding residential products and developments, Carr has added to the scope of his company with the acquisition of the multi-use Koko Marina Shopping Center. This center includes thirteen individual structures, totaling 284,000 square feet of gross leaseable area, and currently houses multiple financial institutions, restaurants and eateries, retailers, and a multiplex movie theater. Koko Marina also includes a private marina complete with 95 mooring slips, making it the only community center of its kind in East Honolulu. Since the acquisition by Stanford Carr Development, the Koko Marina Shopping Complex has enjoyed at least a 96% occupancy rate.
