Here are the most expensive home sales last year on Hawaii’s four main islands, according to Title Guaranty of Hawaii.

OAHU Price: $22 million
This 1.4-acre, beachfront estate on Kahala Avenue has an indoor pool, a helicopter landing area, a tennis court and access to a small boat. It also comes with some history: Its most famous guests include Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis and Clark Gable.
