One of only two such devices in the state, it provides clearer images than traditional MRI machines, the institute says. With a 70-centimeter bore, it can service patients too large for traditional MRI scanners. The Institute is an anchor tenant at Hale Pawaa, a new medical facility at 1401 S. Beretania St.
