A Sense of Pride

I wanted to let you know how proud we are to have received the #1 Best Places to Work award. It’s a privilege to share this honor with such excellent organizations.

We at Xerox Hawaii really found the process to be extremely beneficial. There is tremendous value in having an independent third-party provide an unfiltered perspective of our team as we strive for continuous improvement. This award has generated a real sense of pride among our people.

I also really appreciate how well David Choo’s article was written. Our story is not a simple one and David articulated very complex matters in a very thoughtful and sensitive manner.

Best Place to Live

Our company was very proud to be honored as one of many 2008 Best Places to Work in Hawaii.

It was a wonderful opportunity for us to get feedback from our employees as well as learn how other businesses are providing for their co-workers. Thank
you for helping to improve the islands’ businesses and working conditions for everyone. This is just another reason why Hawaii is such a great place to live
—and work!
