Petty officers 2nd class Scott Jones and Bernardino Agustin salute the flag and the nearly 60 officers and sailors who died on the USS Utah during the Pearl Harbor attack. Every morning, 365 days a year, rain or shine, the flag is raised here at 8 a.m. while "Taps" is played over the base PA.
