Since joining Aqua Hospitality in 2005, Beth has been instrumental in growing the company’s collection of hotels from five when she started, to the current 24 properties across all six major visitor islands. In addition to devising all brand standards and guest services initiatives, Beth’s responsibilities include oversight of all top line revenue generating divisions: Sales, Online and Offline Marketing, Revenue Management and Reservations. Beth’s extensive knowledge of Hawaii’s hospitality and tourism industry as well as progressive marketing and revenue management techniques has led to incredible growth over the last eight years. Her commitment to the overall success of Aqua shows in the expansion of Aqua Hospitality into three distinct brands targeting a range of consumer demographics: Monogram Hotel Collection, Aqua Hotels & Resorts and Lite Hotels. Beth is one of the original members of Aqua’s Executive Committee and a 21 year resident of Hawaii.

She held corporate, regional and property level positions within her tenure. Cheryl has been recognized by many industry organizations for her work in Leisure Sales and Sales & Marketing. Namely, she was awarded as one of the “Top 25 Most Extraordinary Minds in Hospitality” by the Hospitality Sales & Marketing Association International.

Clifford has been a member of the Hawaii construction industry, for over 17 years. Heading up Hawthorne Pacific Corporation’s Power Systems division, Clifford exemplifies integrity, client understanding, client needs analysis, and overall corporation health. Clifford travels all over the Pacific region taking care of customers both here in Hawaii and internationally. Clifford’s co-workers say he is a model employee, with a “can do” attitude and a drive for success. Clifford received his Bachelor’s degree from University of California, Los Angeles and his Master’s degree from UC, Berkeley. He is Professional Engineer in Mechanical Engineering in the state of California.

Tom oversees a multitude of sales efforts, for Outrigger® Enterprises Group, including OHANA® Hotels and Resorts, oversight of the company’s U.S. and Canadian field sales staff, as well as leading groups and sports sales in Hawaii. Tom also is the primary contact for tour operators and travel agents in the company’s Korea and China offices and is the corporate sales contact for Outrigger properties in Australia, Thailand, Fiji, Guam and Mauritius. In 2007, he developed the “Travel Like a Local” advertising campaign concept, which won a prestigious TravelAge West Wave Award for the “Most Effective Hotel Advertising Campaign”. Prior to joining Outrigger 24 years ago, Tom worked for five years in the sales & marketing department for Hawaiian Airlines.
