The bank keeps its employees happy with a number of well thought out benefits and programs. In addition to great financial perks – such as incentive compensation programs, tuition reimbursement, and pre-tax health and parking benefits – the company also organizes a wealth of fun activities for employees and has several recognition programs in place to reward high performing team members.

The company also emphasizes internal feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement. Throughout the year the bank conducts internal surveys, upward evaluations, and “talk story” sessions hosted by upper management.  Last year, the company began utilizing a mobile app that allows employees to anonymously ask questions of executive management at the bank’s quarterly managers’ meetings.  The format has proven very productive, further expanding transparency and giving management a leg up on identifying issues of importance to employees.
