One of the four Bank of Hawaii “cash sorter” machines, which separate paper money by denomination in a secured vault at an undisclosed location. The vault services group takes in cash delivered by armored car after being collected from deposits. Once received, the cash is counted, sorted by denomination, packaged and used for cash orders for the bank’s branches, and change orders for business customers.
