If you have eaten out in Hawaii, chances are you have tasted food prepared by alumni of Kapiolani Community College, home of UH’s largest culinary program. This fall, the program began offering advanced degrees in a new facility on the side of Diamond Head. In this feature, we look at the new cooking programs and two well-known KCC alumni.
