Bryan Kodama is chief information officer at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS), where he provides executive leadership over information technology, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and project management to support the organization’s long-term strategic growth. He oversees the enterprise technology roadmap, including system modernization, cybersecurity and data privacy, data analytics, and cloud strategy.  

Kodama brings more than 30 years of experience as a technology leader, guiding strategic IT transformation, cybersecurity, and business alignment. Most recently, he managed all information technology as the information systems manager for the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs, where he led enterprise applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity initiatives, including cloud migration and governance modernization. He has also held leadership roles supporting the Hawaii Judiciary and Department of Human Services. 

Kodama earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California. He holds multiple professional certifications, including Salesforce certified sales cloud consultant and Salesforce certified administrator credentials.
