I was ranked #1 in 2025 and 2023, #2 in 2024, and #3 in 2022 in residential sales volume out of over 1,700 Realtors on Maui (Realtors Association of Maui). Academic achievements include graduating cum laude with two bachelor’ degrees from the University of Washington. I’ve since traveled to 26 countries (and counting). I’ve hiked to Machu Picchu and Mount Everest Base Camp, canoed the Amazon River and swam in the Ganges, sailed in the South Pacific, fly-fished in Patagonia and the Seychelles, trekked in the North Pole, and touched the Great Wall of China. Throughout my travels, I’ve developed an appreciation, awareness, and respect for all types of people and was inspired to return home to serve my community while applying my cultured experiences. I have a reputation for professionalism, personal integrity, and dedication to my clients.

In 2019, I was named Realtor Broker of the Year by the Realtors Association of Maui. Prior to that, I was honored as the recipient of Maui County’s Young Business Person of the Year Award for 2012. I have held numerous positions with the Realtors Association of Maui (RAM) since 2005, including Director-at-Large (6 years) and I currently serve as co-chair of Professional Standards. I served on the Board of Directors for the Hawaii Association of Realtors (HAR) for four years, chaired the Realtor Party (HAR), and I’m currently the RPAC Trustees Chair. My wife and I founded the Josh and Souk Jerman Foundation, which has now donated more than $85,000 to college-bound high school students across Maui County.
