Milan Gross is the manager of application support at Hawaii Dental Service (HDS), where he oversees the daily operations of application systems and leads the business systems analyst team. He partners with business units to guide application strategy, enhance workflows, and ensure systems remain secure, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. 

Gross brings more than 20 years of global experience in digital transformation, enterprise collaboration, and application development across the Asia-Pacific region, the United States, and Australia. Most recently, he served as solutions delivery manager for the Asia Pacific region at Synergy, where he led cross-functional development teams and delivered cloud-based and enterprise software initiatives, including AI-driven automation and governance solutions. 

A resident of East Honolulu, Gross holds a master’s degree in planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor of arts in economics from Rider University. He is also a published author and contributing expert on Microsoft SharePoint administration.
