Although 2020 was a unique and challenging year globally and in Hawai‘i alike, it was a banner year for Hawai‘i Real Estate, a year in which these coveted islands became even more sought after as a place of refuge and reprieve, which in turn prompted a surge in the luxury real estate market on O‘ahu. I never could have envisioned the sustained and concentrated scope of real estate activity that was headed my way in 2020, personally closing over $39M in transactions for my clients.
