Dave’s extensive career began in 1983, and since then, he has managed some of the most notable real estate transactions on the island. His work includes representing the National Park Service in acquiring 1,480 acres in East Maui, connecting Haleakala National Park to the ocean, and facilitating major trust sales for clients like Bank of Hawaii’s Trust, and attorney related Trust sales. His deep market knowledge and ability to handle complex deals have made him a trusted advisor for clients seeking exceptional results.

Beyond his professional accolades, Dave is known for building long-lasting relationships with his clients, many of whom have worked with him on multiple transactions or referred friends and family. When not working, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, her extended Maui family, and their daughter, who recently returned to Maui.
