Raymond (RJ) Meyers was promoted to general superintendent on the Secure Integration Support Laboratory project. RJ began his career with Hensel Phelps 12 years ago as an office engineer. With over 17 years of industry experience, RJ continues to make a significant impact in supporting a wide range of projects and self-perform scopes in the various market sectors including federal, mission-critical, higher-education and hospitality.

RJ has recently contributed to the success of several large and complex projects including Command & Control Facility Phase 3, J-011 Base Administrative Building and P-927 Radio Barrigada. His organizational skills include a deep understanding of the importance of project logistics and team building from the inception of a contract. With an outstanding safety performance record, he has completed all projects assigned on schedule, within budget and to the client’s complete satisfaction.

His portfolio of successfully completed projects is evidence of his exceptional planning and leadership skills through a variety of project types and delivery methods. RJ is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology and construction management.
