Adam Noelck
Adam Noelck was promoted to operations manager in Guam. With 21 years of industry experience and 17 years with Hensel Phelps, Adam brings a wealth of experience from the Rocky Mountain Region where he worked on several successful projects in the federal, mission-critical, manufacturing and healthcare market sectors.
After interning at Hensel Phelps, in 2008, Adam began his career working on the MRO Transformation Program – F100 in Oklahoma City. Since then he has been an integral part of several successful projects for United States Army Corps of Engineers, Banner Health Systems, UC Health, Microsoft, Portman Holdings and Ball Aerospace & Technologies. He recently transferred to the Pacific Region, where he is overseeing projects for Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command.
Throughout his career, Adam has managed projects totaling over $1.3 billion across both the world. His ability to provide leadership and vision to our project teams and clients assures that all budgetary, safety and quality goals are met. Adam is highly experienced in all areas of estimating, purchasing, engineering, superintendency and project management on both new construction and renovation projects through various delivery methods. He is a graduate of Colorado School of Mines with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
