Barbara Natale, AICP, is a senior planner and project manager with more than 21 years of experience in master planning, environmental impact documentation, land use permitting and community involvement for private, county, state and nonprofit sectors. Her passion lies in ahupua‘a and watershed management, integrating traditional Hawaiian land management methods with scientific evaluations and encompassing the natural, social, and economic aspects of both. Natale is certified by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).

As senior associates, Natale will lead teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects, support principals in business development efforts, manage client relationships, mentor junior staff, and contribute to firm-wide initiatives that shape G70’s future direction, culture and operational excellence. This promotion recognizes her hard work and commitment to G70’s purpose of creating hope for future generations.
