Ryan Sullivan
Ryan Sullivan, AIA, LEED AP, has been promoted to principal. In this role, Sullivan will provide strategic leadership, support the firm’s business development initiatives, strengthen client partnerships, and continue to guide key architectural projects across the region. Recognized for conceptual clarity and creative problem-solving, he brings a methodical and results-driven approach to every project while challenging traditional design expectations.
Sullivan has over 25 years of experience in design and project management. He led successful projects across education, institutional, research, commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors in Hawai‘i, the continental United States, and Asia, including Kūlanihākoʻi High School, Kūlia I ka Nuʻu Student Success Center at the University of Hawai‘i, and Civil Beat Plaza. His leadership has resulted in innovative, client-focused solutions and regional recognition for design excellence.
Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles. He is a licensed architect in Hawai‘i, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and a LEED-Accredited Professional.
