Nash Subotic’s journey from war-torn Bosnia to CEO of one of the nation’s fastest-growing financial firms is a story of resilience and vision. After fleeing the Bosnian civil war at age 13, Nash earned a basketball scholarship to Hawai‘i Pacific University, where he completed both his bachelor’s and MBA within five years while learning a new language. 

Inspired to build his own business and help others achieve financial freedom, Nash entered financial services and, in 2007, founded WestPac Wealth Partners during the height of the financial crisis. What began with three representatives has grown into more than 350 team members across seven states, administering over $4.48 billion in assets, $207 million in recurring premium, and more than $1 billion in client claims paid. 

As CEO, Nash leads WestPac’s strategic growth, talent acquisition, and works closely with high-net-worth clients. Away from the office, he enjoys basketball, tennis, chess, traveling, and most of all, time with his wife, Marija, and their children, Bianka and Alek.

Since its founding, CareSift has helped hundreds of families navigate the complexities of long-term senior care. In her free time, Nicole enjoys the outdoors and all water sports with her two children and her husband.
