Tom is the founder and president of ʻOhana Nui Group, producing high-end gifts, omiyage, aimed at tourists visiting Hawaii. ʻOhana Nui’s first line of products are beautifully packaged macadamia cookies and can be bought are various locations in Honolulu including Neiman Marcus, Island Olive Oil (Ward Centre), and DFS: From Hawaii with Love (at the airport) and will soon to be available at Foodland Farms (Ala Moana Shopping Center).
It is part of ʻOhana Nui’s mission to support environmental causes, and a portion of profits goes toward protecting our marine sea creatures and oceans.
Having worked in brand development and advertising in New York City for several decades before relocating to Hawaii in 2013, Tom also consults with companies regarding brand image, packaging, and marketing strategy.
Additionally, Tom is a writer and photographer. In spring 2020, ʻOhana Nui will be publishing the first of three books of his photographs (Goff Editions, San Francisco) about Hawaii with profits going to support various environmental causes.
