We asked the 341 participants in the BOSS Survey:

To what degree, if at all, is your business using artificial intelligence?

Those using AI in the workplace were asked to describe how they use it. In general terms, the top five uses of AI are:

  • Content creation and communication

  • Greater efficiency and productivity

  • Customer service

  • Data analysis

  • Research and information gathering
