In 2025, HCF stewarded more than 1,160 funds established by individuals, businesses, and organizations who share our passion for a better Hawaiʻi. We distributed over $85 million in grants, contracts, and support to communities statewide, including scholarships that helped more than 1,400 Hawaiʻi students pursue their dreams.

From expanding access to affordable housing and conserving precious freshwater resources, to ensuring the healthy development of Hawaiʻi’s youngest keiki, our work touches every corner of these islands.

Guided by the CHANGE Framework, which identifies six essential sectors shaping the well-being of our communities, HCF operates with offices and staff located statewide, staying close to the people and places we serve. That presence matters. It means our team isn’t just working for Hawaiʻi; they’re living it, breathing it, and investing in it every single day.
