Hawaii Business Magazine is proud to announce Jeff Wagoner, President and CEO of OUTRIGGER Hospitality Group, as our 2026 CEO of the Year.

Jeff has been with OUTRIGGER since 2018, leading the company through strategic expansion and operational excellence, positioning it as a leader in destination hospitality. He oversees a diversified global portfolio of beach resorts, hotels, vacation condominiums and retail operations.

With more than three decades of hospitality leadership, Wagoner’s career includes senior roles at Trump Hotel Group, Wyndham Hotel Group, Starwood and Marriott International.

He is equally committed to community impact. Wagoner serves on the boards of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and the Hawai’i Business Roundtable, is a founding member of the Hawai’i Hotel Alliance, and advises the University of Hawai’i’s School of Travel Industry Management.

He also supports UH athletics, serves on the Board of Governors at Chaminade University, and participates on the American Heart Association’s executive leadership team in Hawai’i.
