We gratefully accept this recognition and are especially proud to be recognized for excellence, a value that has guided KNS from the beginning.
We sincerely thank our employees for their hard work and dedication. We also extend our appreciation to First Hawaiian Bank for supporting us since 2017 when we expanded our business. Most of all, we are grateful for our clients. Without their trust and support, we would not be where we are today.
KNS began in 2000 as a part-time, one-person operation and was formally established in 2005. In 2017, the company expanded into a full-time, full-service firm, strengthening its commitment to quality, service, and client satisfaction.
Today, KNS provides boundary, ALTA, and topographic surveys; construction stakeouts; elevation certificates; shoreline certifications; and other specialized services. Our work has supported State and County agencies, Federal entities, and private clients, including homeowners, architects, engineers, realtors, developers, and other industry professionals.
Our field operations include four crews led by Party Chiefs, supported by an office team of three licensed Project Managers and five Project Surveyors. Together, our teams work closely to deliver accurate, efficient, and timely results while meeting the needs of each client.
At KNS, we believe continued growth begins with continuous learning. We hold regular staff meetings and training sessions and evaluate new technologies to improve our work. We often ask, “How could we have done it better?” This reflects our culture of learning, teaching, and improving.
As KNS grows, we remain committed to learning, adapting, and upholding the principles that have guided us from the beginning. Our growth is a reflection of the trust our clients place in us and their confidence in the accuracy, quality, and integrity of our work.
Our goal is simple: to build a company that operates as a well-oiled machine, one that serves our clients well today and into the next generation.
