For generations, Servco has felt a deep responsibility to care for the communities we call home.

As a local, family-owned company, Servco believes its success is connected to the strength of the communities it serves.
A Heart for Education
So far in 2026, Servco invested $916,000 in community giving with 80% directed toward education. Our giving strategy focuses on helping Hawaiʻi’s young people access learning opportunities, prepare for future careers, build confidence and leadership skills, and grow through music and the arts.
Deep Rooted Commitment
“As a company that has called Hawaiʻi home for more than a century, we have a deep responsibility to invest in the people and communities that have supported us along the way,” said Diana Brown, Chief People Officer. “Our hope is to foster pathways that help young people learn, grow, and build a strong future in Hawaiʻi.”
Scholarship Support
One way that Servco helps create educational opportunities is by supporting students as they pursue higher education. Since 1950, the Fukunaga Scholarship Foundation helped 626 Hawaiʻi students pursue business degrees and invested $5.7 million in scholarships. The Servco Foundation also extends that commitment to Servco’s own ʻohana by providing scholarships to children and spouses of team members pursuing higher education.
Empowering Keiki Through Music
Servco is also broadening access to music education for keiki through Lōkahi: The ʻUkulele Collective. Established as a nonprofit in 2025 with Servco as the founding partner, Lōkahi works with the Hawaiʻi Department of Education to make music a meaningful part of the school day. Educators receive training, teaching resources, and connections to local artists, forging opportunities for students to build musical skills, creativity, and confidence.
Team Serve In Action
Giving at Servco goes beyond financial contributions. Team members and their families serve alongside local nonprofits through Team Serve. These partnerships with community organizations help address needs ranging from education to disaster recovery. In 2026, volunteers contributed over 1,200 hours of service to the community to date.
Servco’s approach to giving is rooted in the same belief that has guided the company for generations: when Hawaiʻi’s communities thrive, we all move forward together.
