Many of your clients and customers have faced huge challenges this year. How have you helped them address those challenges?
In the first half of 2025, rising costs, rapid tech shifts, and increasing demands for speed and flexibility have pushed business owners to rethink their partners and processes. We’ve stepped in as a true partner—offering hands-on HR support, helping rethink workforce plans, and creating benefit strategies that support both the bottom line and employee well-being. We’ve always been deeply committed to our clients and provide predictable pricing, which allows for peace of mind to focus on what truly matters in their business.
What was the most important trend or change impacting your industry in 2025 and how has it evolved since January?
Employers are still struggling to fill key positions. To stay competitive, we’re seeing many of our clients focus on upskilling and leadership development for their current teams. This not only improves employee retention, but ensures teams are equipped to adapt as technologies evolve. Through our comprehensive training programs, including supervisor certifications and safety education, we support our clients’ internal growth and help employees advance into new roles and responsibilities. This year, we also opened the ALTRES Leadership Academy to our clients with the goal of investing in developing more leaders throughout our community.
What has been your company’s biggest challenge that has come to light since January that was not apparent then?
Since January, we’ve seen a significant rise in both the frequency and sophistication of cybersecurity threats—especially phishing and social engineering attacks. In response, many clients have had to strengthen their defenses and reevaluate their risks. We’ve supported these efforts where possible, offering guidance and resources to help navigate the evolving threat landscape. As these threats continue, staying ahead demands ongoing education, heightened vigilance, and strong collaboration at every level of the organization.
