Hawai‘i Leadership Academy is now enrolling its second exclusive, high-impact executive leadership program—designed specifically for director-level (and above) professionals across all industries in Hawai‘i.

Launching April 10, the Spring 2026 cohort takes participants through a transformational five-week journey that expands leadership capacity and prepares your organization’s top talent for senior-level roles.
Program Details
- Dates: Five consecutive Fridays — April 10 to May 8, 2026
- Time: Networking at 7:00 a.m.; Program from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
- Format: In-person, half-day sessions
- Location: Hawai‘i Employers Council
- Cohort Size: Limited to 30 participants for a high-engagement, personalized experience
- Registration Deadline: March 31 or when the cohort reaches 30 participants (whichever comes first)
